May 10, 2012 : Notice to Property Owners to Destroy Weeds
NOTICE is hereby given to all persons in possession of Land,
in accordance with the Weed Control Act, R.S.O., 1990,
Chapter W.5, Sections 3, 13, 16 and 23
THAT unless noxious weeds growing within their lands within the municipality of the Town of Kingsville are destroyed by May 25 2012, and throughout the season, the municipality may enter upon the said lands and have the weeds destroyed charging the cost against the land, as set out in the Weed Control Act. For a list of noxious weeds, visit the OMAFRA website at www.omafra.gov.on.ca.
The cooperation of all citizens is earnestly solicited.
