Council of the Corporation of The Town of Kingsville has declared the following property within the Town of Kingsville as surplus property and is offering it for sale:
Property: Commercial property, 23 Main Street East, Kingsville, legally described as: Part Lot 4 S/S Main Street East Plan 184-185 Kingsville as in TK4063 & R1532391, except TK3526, Town of Kingsville, County of Essex, Province of Ontario.
The Town of Kingsville will be accepting offers to purchase the subject property, subject to a reserve bid and subject to a right of first refusal as contained within a lease agreement between the Town and Binder Real Estate Inc., dated July 25, 2005. The Town may accept or reject any offer at its sole discretion. The highest or any proposal to purchase will not necessarily be accepted.
Information and instruction packages are available at the Town of Kingsville Municipal Office or on our website. Offers to purchase will be received up to Friday, February 17, 2012 at 4:30 p.m.
